How does 'Two-way' SMS being transmitted?

2 Way SMS

You can Send and receive (2 Way) SMS.
With SureM account, you can send and receive SMS on webs or through API.
In order to use 2 way SMS, you need a virtual number to send and receive SMS.
We are providing long codes and short codes as specific number.

• Short Codes : Typically tends to be 5 digit numbers for the UK, Ireland and South Africa, 6 or 8 for Australia and 3 or 4 in New Zealand. Provided by mobile network operators.
• Long Codes : Typically tends to be 10~12 digit numbers like any other mobile numbers.

We offer information of each mobile phone subscriber.

What is Look-up Service?

Is a service wherein the client requests to search for information on a requested number in the central database that contains information of each mobile phone subscriber that is authorized to use the mobile core network. Look-up service is determined by IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber Identity). IMSI is a 15 digit (or shorter) unique number that is stored in the mobile SIM card. The IMSI holds the information of the mobile phone numbers.

Delivery Reports

All users of SureM service can receive delivery reports for the message they send. We provide both get/post method in passing on the delivery reports to the clients.
There are two types of delivery reports :

• 1. Handset acknowledgment
  This report will give the clients the exact information whether the target handset has received the messages or not.
• 2. System delivery report
  This report will give the clients the notification of the transmission of the messages to the SMSC
