What is Numbering plan? Any useful tools to figure out numbering plan?

Greetings, everyone

Today, I am going to discuss about followings:

   1) What Numbering plan is?

   2) Any tools to use?

Numbering plan :
   - a type of numbering scheme used in telecommunication to assign telephone numbers to subscriber telephones or other telephony endpoints. Telephone numbers are the addresses of participants in a telephone network, reachable by a system of destination code routing. Telephone numbering plans are defined in each of administrative regions of the public switched telephone network (PSTN) and they are also present in private telephone networks.
* quoted from Wikipedia *

So, basically, it is a list of phone numbers in order to distinguish which number belongs to which operator.

Any tools to use?
   - This is a tough question but I know a company who can help you.
